Terms of use

ResellStats is an iPhone app published by NAELO SAS, details in the Legal notice. It tracks a resale stock: items, purchase prices, sales, fees, net profit. It sells nothing and lists nothing on your behalf.

Using the app means accepting these terms. If they don't suit you, don't use the app.

ResellStats is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted, Depop, Etsy, Leboncoin, eBay, Whatnot, Facebook, Gumtree or any other platform. Their names belong to their owners, and we only mention them so you can sort your sales. The app connects to none of them.

You create an account to find your data on any device, with an email, Apple or Google. You are responsible for access to that account. With Apple or Google, we only see what they agree to pass on.

The app is free with limits. The Pro subscription removes them. It is sold and billed by Apple, not by us. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period: iPhone Settings, your name at the top, then Subscriptions.

Refunds go through Apple, under its rules. Deleting your ResellStats account does not cancel the subscription.

You can export everything as CSV or PDF, and delete everything from the app. We sell nothing and use nothing for advertising. The details are on the Privacy page.

Photo entry and price or brand suggestions save you time. The AI can get a title, brand or condition wrong, and a suggested price reflects past sales, not what your item will fetch. Check before you save.

Totals, fees, the tax dashboard and the DAC7 gauge are estimates calculated from what you enter. They are not tax or accounting advice. For a tax return, check with the authorities or a professional.

The app may be unavailable during an update or an outage. A feature may change or disappear. If a paid feature disappears, we tell you.

We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault, within the limits of the law. Not for decisions you make based on the numbers, nor for an outage at Apple, your carrier or a marketplace.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Don't use it for anything illegal, don't try to reach other people's data, don't run bots against it. If that happens, we may suspend or close the account. Except in an emergency, we warn you by email first and you can reply.

Delete your account from the app, or go through Delete my account. Remember to cancel the subscription with Apple as well.

We may change them, for example when the app gains a feature. The date at the top says when. A significant change is announced in the app before it applies.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the protections of your country of residence still apply. If there is a dispute, write to us first: we look for a solution before anything else. You can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre France, at europe-consommateurs.eu.
