NAELO SAS publishes the ResellStats app and this site, and is the controller of your data. Its president is Aurélien Vandaële, and its address is 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France.

For any question about your data, write to aurelienvpro@gmail.com. Everything else is in the Legal notice.

Your email address, the language of the page, the detected platform (Android or other) and the link source, for example tiktok. Nothing else. No name, no phone number.

Why:

to tell you if the Android version ships, and to count how many of you want it.

Legal basis:

your consent. The box is not ticked in advance, and without it nothing is saved.

How long:

until Android ships or you unsubscribe, and at most 24 months after you signed up.

Withdrawing consent:

every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also write to aurelienvpro@gmail.com and we delete the row.

Your account:

your email address and an identifier. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive what they pass on: your email, sometimes an Apple relay address, and your name if you choose to share it.

What you enter:

items, titles, brands, condition, notes, purchase and sale prices, dates, platforms, fees, bundles and photos of your items. Plus your settings: currency, tax regime, default fees.

Your subscription:

free or Pro, with trial and renewal dates. Payment goes through Apple, we never see your card.

The survey:

your answers, if you choose to reply.

App usage:

device model, iOS and app versions, screens opened and actions taken, to see what gets used and fix what crashes.

Running the app:

your account, your stock, your calculations, syncing between devices and your subscription. Legal basis: the contract between us when you use the app.

Improving and securing the app:

usage measurement, crash reports, abuse prevention, and the shared statistics described below. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. You can object.

Notifications and waitlist:

your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

If you use photo entry, the image goes to OpenRouter, which passes it to Gemini, an AI model from Google. It reads the title, brand, condition and platform, and sends those fields back. You check them before saving.

OpenRouter does not keep the content of the request. Google may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse, and does not use it to train its models. We count how often you use this feature to apply the limits of your plan.

Nothing forces you to use it: you can type everything in by hand.

To suggest a sale price and complete a brand, the app pools sales from every account: title, brand, category, platform and sale price. A suggestion only appears when at least five comparable sales exist, so no single sale can be recognised.

Your name, your email and your purchase prices never go into these calculations, and nobody sees your own sales. We may review titles to spell the same item consistently. A brand you add may join the list offered to everyone.

When you delete your account, your sales leave these calculations.

On this site, we count visits with PostHog, on European servers, in cookieless mode. Nothing is stored on your device, which is why there is no banner to click.

In the app, PostHog receives your actions, linked to your identifier, your email and your plan, to understand what gets used.

Sentry receives crash reports. On some sessions it records a replay of the screen to understand a bug. All text and all images are masked in it: we see neither your items nor your prices.

They process your data on our behalf, only for what is described here, under contract, with protection at least equal to this page. We sell no data and share none with advertisers.

Supabase:

account, database and photos. Servers in Paris.

Vercel:

hosting for this site and its form. United States.

PostHog:

usage measurement. Servers in the European Union.

Sentry:

crash reports. United States.

RevenueCat:

subscription tracking. United States.

OpenRouter and Google:

AI reading of photos. United States.

Apple and Google:

signing in to your account, and subscription payment for Apple.

Expo:

delivering app updates. United States.

For processors in the United States, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the processor is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your account:

as long as it exists. When you delete it, your profile, items, bundles, photos, survey answers and AI history are erased straight away. Database backups keep them a few more days, until they rotate out.

Waitlist:

24 months at most, as stated above.

Analytics and crashes:

erased automatically by PostHog and Sentry at the end of their retention period, 12 months at most.

Camera and photos:

to take or pick the picture of an item. Only the picture you choose is sent.

Notifications:

reminders, end of trial, DAC7 threshold alert. They are scheduled on your phone, and you turn them off in iOS Settings.

Access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection to anything based on our legitimate interest. You can also withdraw consent at any time.

In the app, the CSV or PDF export gives you your data, and Settings, then Delete account, erases everything. No longer have the app? Go through Delete my account.

For anything else, write to aurelienvpro@gmail.com. We reply within a month. If the answer doesn't satisfy you, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr, or to the authority of your own country.

The app is meant for people aged 15 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about younger children. If it has happened, write to us and we will erase it.
